Don't let some reviews and early chapters fool you...at first it seems like the MC just wants to help his friend by eliminating the "obstacles" but later on he enjoys depriving his 'male friends' of any female interaction as all women are 'obstacles which distracts his friend' and only women used by Naoto could be given to his friend...at start of the series the NTR title only feels like baiting as it does not happen early but there is also specific NTR for the MC later on too...

At first all female lead only do it with Naoto, but later on a female lead NTR him too...she does with 2 fat dudes and MC watches them...

The plot also does not make a lot of sense, MC gets a wish to get anything he can, but he wishes for very stupid thing...

Later on when Kenji finds about the relationship of Naoto, they fight and Kenji dies while destroying the kingdom as collateral damage, Kenji wishes for all those dead people to be revived and Naoto wishes to get back to the beginning of story....they could have wished for anything but they wasted on such stupid wishes, like Kenji could wish for those women to be his or Naoto to wish for Keni to forget about this world and go back to his original world...

This is the best, balanced mean Hero type of manga.

MC doesn't consider himself as a hero, rather he considers himself as a scumbag, yet his actions shows otherwise, but he keeps getting caught in problems when trying to do the right thing.

MC has a lot of depth, all the side characters are meh... his best buddy was "OK" but it was rather plain as he was always a Goody two shoes (your typical Hero in other Isekais).

MC unique skill is quite interesting, looking forward to see how much more evolves away from human 😁
