Supernatural powers that emerge when a crime is committed are commonly known as "sins." As violent crimes become rampant due to "sins," detective Ren Hizuki of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department's First Investigative Division spends her days fighting fiercely. Meanwhile, Ren is ordered to transfer to the newly established supernatural powers countermeasures investigative team, "Public Security Section 9," where she meets the cowardly detective Yushiro Oboro. As she and Oboro head off to investigate supernatural power cases, the secrets of Section 9 and Oboro's true identity are revealed...!?
