It's not got alot of substance.
What it does have is a bunch of old men being hit by Karma and experiencing the same things they've been doing to women for years... except the "main" character, who honestly seems mostly harmless in his life prior to being s**-changed.
But it's mildly satisfying if you've ever wanted to see pervy older men get wrecked by their own medicine.
