For those who don't know, this is based on the bullet he** game called Touhou which is really amazing, you're bound to have come across related content, 100% sure.
As technology has started to improve, people no longer fear youkai nor do they believe in gods, some youkai created a land called Gensokyo where people live fearing youkai and worshipping gods.
