I list the good thing about the mahwa first.
1) the art is amazing

2) the author really knows how to write a character
But other than that .... Yeah no.... There's too much s** scene even for a adult mahwa to the point it doesn't make sense. It repeat the same thing all over again ; the seme got offended by uke. The uke get "punished". The plot doesn't develop anything until season 3. Honestly, reading "The painter behind the curtains" is way worth it.

Character design is good, as expected from the author. I feel like seme is a bit self-centered for most of the story which was a bit of a turn-off. But he did get better at the end. It was pretty sad and pathetic that uke was okay with just his one-sided feelings before as well. But who am I to judge lol. I found it slightly boring so it's probably not a story that I will remember in the long run. But it's a nice quick read so I will say that I recommend 👍
